Founding generalist

Work on whatever moves Deductible forward.

We are looking for an unusually curious and resourceful generalist who is excited by early-stage ambiguity and comfortable moving across:

  • Customer research
  • CPG and retailer operations
  • Pilot coordination
  • Dataset preparation
  • Product feedback
  • GTM experiments
  • Documentation
  • Advisor and partner coordination
  • Whatever becomes the highest-leverage problem that week

Compensation

Paid, with meaningful equity.

This role is compensated. Cash and equity are set against experience and scope, and the specifics are discussed openly early in the conversation. The equity-only terms of the co-founder role do not apply here.

Working arrangement

Remote-first, deliberately overlapping.

Full-time preferred; a serious part-time arrangement is possible for the right person. We keep enough shared hours to make early-stage work fast, and we write things down.
